Purpose

We use your data to respond to your request, contact you, prepare quotes and, where applicable, provide the services you hire. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website chat

Our website includes an AI-powered virtual assistant (chatbot). When you use it, we keep the conversation in order to handle your request, follow up and improve our service. Messages are processed through Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, solely to generate the replies. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat, such as passwords or banking details. If you choose to send us your request at the end of the conversation, your contact details are handled in the same way as those submitted through the form.

You may access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data by writing to contacto@acesd.com.mx.
